Summary: Very old and dirty. The only pro was the indoor pool, my child had a great time swimming there.

Summary: I was forced to book this hotel because nothing else was available after a late cancellation out of Providence. Because it was close to the airport.I assumed they had shuttle, but I couldn't find any information about it so I tried to call the hotel...4 times, no answer. Checked in to a second story (no elevators) "suite". Yes, it had extra space, but it looks like a bunch of college kids party there. Carpets were a mess, bathroom is very dated and it hadnt worn well. It was NOT worth $250. I wouldnt pay over $100 for it. Sonesta should be ashamed.

Summary: Our first room had a bathroom that didn’t work. We requested to move. Both rooms were not clean

Summary: While the room was clean and the property was clean the water was non existing. I got into the shower with the water running and within seconds of getting wet the water went away - no more than a dribble out of the shower head. The same with the faucet. I think I should receive some compensation considering the discomfort of beginning to bath and not having any water to finish.

Summary: Very average hotel. Stayed upon arrival and departure from TF Green airport because it was close. It had a small kitchen I did not need. Second night the carpet was sopping wet and a powdered room deodorant on the dry portions of the carpet.

Summary: The room was a nice size for 2 adults and 2 kids. Room was clean and no odor other than a musty dishwasher which was rectified by running through a wash cycle. The carpet was warn with a few small holes and stains here and there. There was an annoying beep avery 2 minutes that we couldn't figure out where it was coming from. The AC was set to 69 but the room temp stayed at 76 degrees. The pool area was mostly clean and the water was a very comfortable temperature. The grill/firepit looked nice but didn't use. We bought our own groceries so we didn't try the free breakfast.

Summary: Property was relatively decent. Somewhat outdated. Sofa bed for my child was awful and not sleepable. Was refused additonal pillow for my child to use because we already have 4 in the room. Hot tub was closed. Hot water for shower only lasted for a couple minutes a shower.
