Summary: Upon arrival into our room, there was leftover garbage and a cooler left in the room. The staff was notified and quickly changed us to another room that was cleaned and acceptable. Front staff was very accommodating.

Summary: We ended up at the Sonesta hotel after we were canceled secondary to water issues in another part of junction city. The lobby was contemporary looking and so were the rooms. The 3rd floor hall carpeting was old looking and really needed to replaced. The breakfast was fair. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. We would stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Summary: An overall Good Experience- a few things did not work like our floors ice machine. Breakfast was minimal but satisfactory. Same breakfast all 3 days. Good location.

Summary: The hotel doesn't appear as it does in the pictures. You're first greeted by a dark lobby and the pool is in rough shape. Our mini fridge was not working and there was hair in the bed. I am grateful for a kind staff who understood our concerns and offered solutions including changing rooms or getting a refund. The hotel just needs some love, attention, and investment.

Summary: Hotel is becoming "run down". Maintenance/condition of facilities and cleanliness are lacking. Outside property is littered with trash. Room 147 had a stained, dirty carpet. The bathtub was rusted in several places. The upholstered chair was so stained and dirty that we would not sit on it. The outside courtyard would have been a lovely place had it not been for being overgrown with weeds. The potatoes at breakfast were so hard I could not stick my fork into them. All was such a shame as I am sure this was a very nice place at one time.

Summary: Sonesta never disappoints. If they could improve anything it’s the shower head. I’m a shower snob. It was brutally slow flowing.

Summary: For the price nothing to complaint. Old hotel but fairly clean. Old mattress but I’ve seen worse. Included breakfast wasn’t good, some of my tater tots were still frozen. I don’t expect too much about a good breakfast for the price I paid but a good coffee to start is a must which I didn’t get, it wasn’t good at all.
