Summary: The staff were super friendly. The free breakfast was awesome. Do many dishes to pick from. They have an airport shuttle, although we didn’t use it.

Summary: We came back to stay after our trek. We were greeted very warmly, the staff remembered us and even our coffee order at breakfast! They also offered a free shuttle ride back to the airport.

Summary: The best accommodation we had on our trip through Latin America! The staff were completely professional yet friendly. We had a truly spacious room and bathroom. The Wanchaq train station (for trips to/from Machu Picchu) is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the main square. The breakfast is well above average (almost like brunch) and is served starting at 3 a.m. The espresso at the hotel (and in Peru) is far better than in Brazil. The hotel bar also serves excellent cocktails. After our arrival from Lima, we immediately continued on to Machu Picchu, and storing our luggage for one night was no problem (we didn’t check in until the next day, after returning from MP). If I ever return to Cusco, I can save myself the time of searching for a hotel - I’d definitely come back here.

Summary: Excellent helpful staff. Well stocked breakfast included. Clean comfortable rooms. Only minus is at time of visit, the air-conditioning wasn’t functional. The climate of Cusco is pretty mild, so not a deal breaker.

Summary: Wonderful welcoming staff and very good breakfast. As good as any I’ve tried, One minor item is they need to recharge the Air-conditioning. Perhaps it was low at end of Summer season.

Summary: Very kind to offer airport transfer. The room have all you need and the bed were very comfortable. However the AC was loudly but you could open window/ balcony door and since the temperature was below 20 deg C it helped us indeed. The breakfast was very fresh and extensive opening hours generous. Big thanks to their gluten free assortment I would not worry about the location. If you want to go to the plaza it cost 15 soles single way with uber. Conclusion: I strongly recommend this hotel All in all well recommended hotel.
