Positive: I actually had breakfast, lunch and dinner over at the mall next door. The location is accessible and convenient to my suppliers back and forth.
Negative: Staff interaction with guest, especially since I've been there only a month ago. I had to mention that I have been there last month. It's ok to say "see you soon" when you're leaving but when you return, I didn't hear "welcome back". It much more rewarding having that warm welcome.
Summary: It was average, nothing really to mention other than it was comfortable and convenient.

Positive: We arrived early at the location, and they held of our bags until it was time to check in. As soon as early check in was an option for us, they quickly offered it. The room was perfect. We did not had any issues with the room. Breakfast is not free and they have a small snack store, which for the munchies, excellent.
Negative: It is not near anything, so literally, we had to uber everywhere.
