Summary: It was ok! When we checked in the front desk girl mentioned we had booked through a third party and gave us a mediocre room. The hotel was not booked and their were plenty of rooms with a patio and in better shape. The ac in our room kept us awake all night, it sounded like a washing machine We voiced our displeasure to Karen the next morning, she was kind listened to us and told us she would make a note of issues in room 149

Summary: The room was very comfortable, they included a TV channel guide in the room that was very helpful. The bed was comfortable a little on the soft side, I prefer a harder mattress.

Summary: Wonderful location near Mayo Clinic with excellent shuttle service back and forth to the clinic. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room, powerful air conditioning. Food options are limited and expensive. I highly recommend for people with appointments at Mayo Clinic.

Summary: The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. All the staff members were kind and helpful. I was unhappy with the booking. If you select 1 for booking you end up booking with Expedia, unannounced. Then the hotel can’t make any changes to you reservation, it’s all done with Expedia. Book at the hotel front desk!!
