Positive: I liked the fact that the room had a kitchen - frig, dish washer, microwave, stove top, cutlery and crockery, all very handy. The free shuttle was also of great benefit for a person who doesn't know the city, particularly the airport district, especially at night.
Negative: What failed was there was no connection between the room and reception, including the possibility of a wake-up call, never mind the outside world if one doesn't have a cell phone. The following day, my friend who was to drive me to another city was left hanging around waiting ahead of our organised meeting time, and the chap on front desk wouldn't even take a message to push under the door of my room. "Privacy" was his excuse. My friend was able to give him all the details the man needed to know to safely take a message. Meanwhile I was waiting till the organised time. If I'd received a message I could have gone to the front desk to meet my friend and save him precious time. Your employee let your side down badly. He also inconvenienced your customer.
Summary: The inconvenience caused by one staff member spoiled my otherwise good place to stay.
