Positive: I loved that they were to accommodate an early check in; As well as my request to be on the first floor due to having surgery at a nearby facility.
Negative: The couch was very uncomfortable, torn up. There was no dishware in the suite, which had a kitchenette complete with a stove. So I was unable to cook the food I brought with me. There was one trash can in the entire room, and just happened to be in the bathroom only. We had one set of towels for a 2 night stay. There were no extra pillows or blankets in the room. We had coffee that we could have made, but no coffee pot.
Summary: I chose here based on our stay in Chicago. This location left MUCH to be desired.

Positive: The room was nice and clean. Had a full kitchen if we wanted to cook. Not sure about adequate dishes to use but...
Negative: Lots of people leaving bags of trash and dirty towels outside the room doors. If it is extended stay they should ask people to take care of their garbage so other guests don't have to walk past it.
Summary: Nice place for the value.
