Positive: We got unit with 2 separate bed rooms. Clean updated bath room. No smells Nice area. Close to big nice Walmart Bedrooms and beds were clean and comfortable. Full size fridge, microwave, 4 burners electric (a bit dirty stained) and oven. Tv in each room.
Negative: Old dirty carpets in halls and rooms, The couch and chair were old and dirty, I brought cloth drop cloths in case of this. But when house keeping came and saw that she asked if we want covers- so she put new covers on them, that was nicer. Outdoor pool looks like closed permanently. Also At first I was a bit put off by this but apparently people live in some of the units, maybe on their own floor. But I found them to be very nice so no real issues to me. In fact there was a 4-5 year old with her dad and some puppies, very cute and friendly kid and dad, I hope the best for them. We also were part of a tournament so many others came to town , one complained a day before we arrived there were bed bugs at this hotel. Too late for us to make other arrangements so I brought extra bedding & plastic to cover beds and spray just in case, so we could stay 1 night to see for ourselves before going crazy looking for something else… I was as very worried but NO bed bugs! So no need to go crazy after all. Bring your own silverware and cooking pots etc.. the stuff there was garbage .
Summary: Passable for good price since we needed 2 separate bed rooms, but don’t expect super clean carpet or couch/chair. N
