Summary: The stove/oven was dirty and we told them on the day of check-in. They said someone would come to clean the oven - no one ever came to clean. We reported it to staff to make sure we would not be charged.

Summary: Most of the hotel experience was good except room service was non existent throughout my stay. I really like the kitchen and that they provide utensils and plates and a pan to cook on. I recommend this hotel for the price

Summary: I thought I booked an handicapped accessible room. For safety for amputee in restroom. IT WASNT! Very low toilet with extremely loose seat, I had to tighten the bolts underneath myself to sit down. HOW NASTY! Tub had no safety bars, no anti slip covering on tub floor. It as SO DIFFICULT CRAWLING in and out of the tub. I had to wash the floor with bleach ( that I brought to sanitize the restroom before I used it) The kitchen floor was a sticky mess. The AC/heater or TV didn’t work, called office and VERY NICE LADY came immediately and fixed the problems. Overall the room was okay. I’m glad I brought Lysol spray, and Clorox. The rooms are dated, kitchen had 1 plate, 1 cup, 1 glass, no silverware, but I wasn’t planning on cooking. THAT WAS WONDERFUL! 10! Was the bed, pillows, sheets and down type comforter. I slept like a lamb! Would I stay again? YES! But verify I was getting a ADA approved room. The bed made up for the negative.

Summary: The only suggestion would be fresheners, especially if the room had been vacate for a period of time. This is also helpful as the smells of cooking from other rooms travel... The room was clean just needed to shell clean and not stair and musty. Steam clean the carpet regularly... Stains were visible.

Summary: The room was great nice and comfortable only problem i had was i was told the room had everything i needed to cook but when i arrived there were only two pots in the cabinet forcing me to but new cookware other than that the room was great!!
