Positive: The kitchen so we could cook our own meals. The room was comfortable, we had a king bed, sofa and room to not trip over each other. The refrigerator was a standard size kitchen refrigerator so that was nice to have all that room to store our food. It was clean for the most part (see what I didn't like).
Negative: The bathroom floor looked like it had been cleaned hastily with dirt in the corners. The stove had a film on the top like it hadn't been cleaned. The furniture was dated and had cigarette burns on the bedside table. There was a slight smell of cigarette smoke.
Summary: The hotel met our needs.

Positive: The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The size of the room was nice. Convenient parking. HBO
Negative: The water pressure. The desk chair looked as if it should have been retired long ago. No breakfast. Having the hotel staff ask me if I was checking out early after I had already paid for the day. Also, having the total amount come out of my account twice, which took me a day to get back.

Positive: Location, spacious room size and they accommodated my need to check in early.
Negative: The room was untidy and unkept spider webs around the baseboards of the bed area, unmelted ice left in the sink. Also, saw open hole in the kitchen area, small black bugs critters seen and carpet dirty. Closet door kept getting stuck. Staff was pleasant and professional but uncommodating.
Summary: Eye opening when care for people and property is no longer a priority.!!🧐😟🤬

Positive: The room design and space was nice and generous in size.
Negative: A few things could have been better with the suite. Cleanliness because the suite was sightly dirty and unkept with a smell in the room. Also there was thick dust dust through out. I ice was left in the sink not drained or melted. However, on a scale of one to I 0 I will still give them a 7 because the location and how they handled the extension issue with professional and helpful approach.
