Summary: There was good and bad about our stay. The room was comfortable, but maybe a little run down and outdated. I loved that it had a kitchenette area and was stocked with dishes, etc., The bed was comfortable. I guess the biggest surprise was that there was no room service. But it worked out ok. We just took soiled towels to front desk and they gave us clean ones and we could empty garbage at end of hall. All in all I enjoyed our stay there and would consider staying again because it was reasonably priced.

Summary: The service at the front desk was good and the room was excellent. The only negative was that there was no maid to refresh the room, so we had to go to the front desk for towels, Kleenex, and coffee packs on the second night. Maybe that is normal, but it surprised us.

Summary: This is the second review of Sonesta in 2 days. This particular hotel was upgraded and in a better condition than the “Orange County Airport” Sonesta. The bed and pillows were better than in hotels double the price. Truly delightfully comfy after a long day. This hotel chain is for super practical people who want a comfortable clean suite but don’t need too many fancy amenities. Location is boring in a rather industrial area and unfortunately surrounded by fast food places. Great value for a very decent stay. Breakfast was the only thing I missed.
