Positive: Spacious appartment exactly as described and shown on the photos. Proximity to ski center (Axam Lizum or smaller Muttereralm). Walking distance to the willage. Good communication with the owner.

Positive: Most beautiful setting ever, the area is picture perfect, looks like a scene from Heidi 😎. Roomy, clean, good kitchen( minus microwave) , was warm even in cold conditions. Nearby amenities. Good beds, dining table, lounge area. Nice balcony with awesome view.

Negative: The tv remote did not have batteries, so no tv ( which was not a big thing as watching tv in a place so beautiful should be banned anyway) . Washing facilities for clothes would have been nice.

Summary: Great place to stay for couple or small family.

Positive: The apartment is new, in a calm village close to Innsbruck. It looks even better than on pictures :-) . Very well equipped, with a balcony with a beautiful view. There were no issues with parking.
