Summary: Generally clean and comfortable. Nice bed, nice bathroom, nice restaurant downstairs, and a very friendly staff. No noise complaints, but I stayed out in the city until about midnight each day. It was missing a few standards that make me think it shouldn't be a 4-star hotel. No coffee maker or kettle in the room. Also, no tissue paper, no bathrobe, slippers, or other basics that you would find in a 4-star hotel. BUT I would call it a HIGH 3 star hotel. All of these missing items weren't a big deal. My main complaint was the air quality in the room. The windows don't open, and the fan/AC unit can be loud and disruptive during sleep. Since you're relying on the AC for fresh air, the air in the room sometimes seemed stagnant and humid. Simply being able to open a window would make a big difference. The neighborhood is a bit quiet and 3 or 4 stops from the center. Not too far from the center, but a bit far to walk, and definitely in a residential, suburban area. Luckily, there is a tram stop right outside. Don't expect any late-night food options nearby. However, it's difficult to find late night food in the entire city. In all, there are a few drawbacks, but I would recommend the hotel, and I would consider staying again.

Summary: Funny hotel located not far from Brno city centre, loud design in the walls makes it quite the business stop or also a party gathering club and stay. The reception staff were very helpful and detailed, so we're the restaurant staff. The only minus huge bathroom, big space not too welcoming, more like a hospital or handicapped bathroom in a gallery mall. Good breakfast included and overall positive experience 4/5 or 9/10 to my expectations.

Summary: Staff was incredibly helpful, breakfast was just right. Location is very good also. The only problem we had was that a loud party was held in the hotel our first night, and obviously this was less than optimal. They assured us it was a rare event, but I encourage you to check.

Summary: Sono Hotel is definitely one of the best ones when in Brno! It has an amazing restaurant on site, almost daily concerts and is close to the city center. It also offers a great breakfast and has free underground parking!
