Positive: Located in the center of Velden, walking distance from a supermarket, a small cafe and a drugstore. The accomodation was very clean. Kitchen has a fridge, cooking hob with extractor, dish washer and a sink. The beds were comfortable.

Negative: Room was located on the top floor of the building, which we did not realize when booking. The outside door and room door each open by means of an app on a mobile phone. Did not work flawlessly. First of all the activation of the app did not work at first. Once activated, several attempts were needed to unlock any of the doors. Not very handy when it is raining and you want to get inside quiclkly. On the day of departure, access to the accomodation had already been terminated before the official check-out time. This was corrected after a phone call to the property management.

Summary: Nice location. Reliability of the digital access needs improvement.
