Summary: Wonderful Home! Accomendations were really fantastic. We loved the villa and its furnishings. The only reason I didn't give it a fifth start was due to the limited internet. It never had a stable connection and you would have to log back on every 5 min. This meant if you wanted to work from this home the lack of a stable & reliable internet connection would be a big issue. Also if you wanted to just watch Netflix's or other online movies it was a problem. that said we had a great time. Thank you!

Summary: It was an absolutely incredible neighborhood! The grounds & amenities where spot on. The water views where wonderful which ever way you looked. And of course the townhome & patios where well furnished & beds oh so comfy. The hurricane doors where extremely difficult for an older lady but I had my son close by so he would open those for me everyday. I would love to stay there again when visiting RockPort!!

Summary: We had a great stay! Enjoyed sitting on the patio overlooking the canal, house had everything we needed, not to far from pool and pier. Very nice and comfy furnishings. The only thing I can recommend is better sheets for the primary bedroom as they were very rough and pilled, and better quality towels for the primary bath-also need a bath mat. The secondary bedroom sheets and towels were fine. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: We wondered if the owners were experienced in renting. Several things were missing: 1. Instructions for appliances including tvs 2. A broom was missing 3. Bath mats were missing 4. Instructions on how to lock and unlock doors. We couldn’t lock them for a few days. It was well supplied for a weeks vacation, Although bath soap would be nice.

Summary: We had a great time at this rental. The townhome is well maintained and offered everything we needed for nightly dinners. The community is nice and offers a lighted pier to fish off, boat slips and boat trailer parking. Can’t wait to come back during warmer weather to enjoy the pool.
