Positive: Clean facilities, easy fast access to shops, train station nearby and sea (however some stairs to reach there). Kamienny Potok is not as crowded as Sopot, plenty of space on the beach. A forest line next to the sea is amazing for walks. Rather cheap, when you don't need any convenience.

Negative: Construction, even two construction - the building of a new house next to the Sopot rooms. And at the same time - roadworks. No possibility to take a nap or rest during a day. Lack of air conditioner, so you must keep your window open and "enjoy" the construction. Two steep stairs lead into the house itself. Inconvenient for small children and for the elderly. Also the stairs inside the house to your floor. When the hotel is full, you need to consider that the toilet may be occupied when you need it. And other vacationers will be knocking on your shower. There is absolutely no space to dry clothes, even wet towels from the sea. It would be convenient to have clotheslines and benches around the house, but there is nothing. The 2-person room is very tiny: either open the closet or stand on the floor: choose one of the two. Keep in mind a deposit you need to have in cash.

Negative: The room is very small, with the bed taking up two-thirds of the space, making it very uncomfortable for two people. The room hasn't been renovated in a long time; the faucet in the bathroom is very old and clogged, and the handle fell off when switching modes. The water pressure is weak. Additionally, there is nowhere to place shampoo and shower gel in the shower, only on the floor. In the other part of the house, where the apartments are rented out, construction work is being done, and on the first day, we were woken up by the sound of a drill at 7 AM, which continued for several hours, up until noon.

Positive: I liked that it was calm and close to the train station so you could easily reach the city by train if you wanted to. It was easy to check in and really clear on how to do it also.

Negative: The room was really small and for two people it got really crowded real fast. I would recommend putting some more dark night curtains in because the sun shone right in the window and woke us up. It also got incredibly hot in the room. Would be nice with some type of air conditioning.
