Positive: Infinity pool on the roof is very nice, excelent view. Very nice spa area and a lot of treatments. Very ggod location close to Sopot center but a bit away from the strict center. Also, a walking distance from Ergo Arena in Gdańsk, where concerts and events are held.

Negative: Cleanliness of the room was OK but not perfect. Also, we tried to extend the stay. Reception was not co-operative and I think it was because it required some rescheduling work, which they did not want to do. And yes, same rooms were available on booking and other sites, so it was not lack of inventory.

Positive: Great hotel. Very nice and cozy spa with saunas and outside jacuzzi. Very good breakfast and helpful staff. Rooms were clean. Location is great, around 15min walk to the center, but much more quite on the beach.

Negative: Only one elevator was working which was a burden. It was not written anywhere that the rooftop pool works only during weekends.

Positive: Everything, we have stayed here before nearly 3 years ago for 6 days as a summer holiday so knew how amazing the hotel is. We had been touring round Poland by trains for 2 weeks ending in Gdansk and added a day to treat out selves to massages and all the facilities the hotel offers which included dinner in their lovely restaurant.

Negative: Nothing it’s all great including as a Brit the price!

Positive: Very very nice place - the one you instantly want to come back to! Me, my wife and our teenage kids really loved it. Rooms are super nice, the sea view is outstanding. Breakfast is one of the best we have ever experienced, great choice and everything was super fresh and tasty (including delicious coffee!). The pools and jacuzzi are superb, too. Overall, we were very happy with our stay - and this will be our #1 choice next time we're in this area!
