Positive: We stayed here for only one night as we flew out the next day. The location for flying out of Fiumicino is excellent. The Parco Leonardo train stop is a short 8 minute walk away and delivers you direct to the airport Terminal 3. Recommend this option both to and from the airport vs a taxi at twice the price. Alessandro provides a lovely full service apartment with a fabulous outside sitting area. The shopping center only steps away provides everything you need from restaurants to a full supermarket. Communication superb via WhatsApp and we coordinated everything beforehand to ensure everything was taken care of and we were informed about the area. For longer stays, the aforementioned train station goes direct to Rome.
Summary: A perfect place to relax and rest up for your flight or a trip into Rome.

Negative: The car parking was a little bit far from the building, and it is not allowed to park close by even for drop off only.
