Summary: Easy check-in, room as advertised, reception staff very friendly and accommodating. Only drawback was that we stayed for 5 nights and did not receive room service as promised on 3 night (or 4 night after requesting it again). Otherwise, stay was fine.

Summary: The hotel was very conveniently located to Ubahn and around the corner from supermarket and restaurants. I would highly recommend the location. The complimentary coffee, tea and croissants were lovely. The room was very clean and had tea making facilities also. The only concern was lack of air conditioning- we were there on a week of extremely high temperatures. We only had fan in the room and it was uncomfortable for sleeping

Summary: Hotel was brilliant, it is very close to the Berlin Zoo. It is also very close to the U-Bahn Wittenbergplatz, about a five min walk. Hotel staff were lovely and were very helpful with any queries I had. The crossiants and coffee in the morning were a lovely touch. The room was very clean, and coffee and a kettle was provided in the room along with various herbal teas.
