Positive: The hotel is situated on a quiet street, about 5 minutes walk from the train station and only a few minutes from the old quarter. We had stayed here the year before and the staff remembered us and were very friendly, The room was a good size, with parquet flooring. At breakfast, there was a large selection of food - hot, cold, sweet and savoury.

Positive: The breakfast room was very pleasant. The hotel is nicely decorated.
Negative: I'm not a big fan of automating hotels to reduce staff. I choose to stay in hotels because I like to be taken care of when I'm not at home. I don't think guests should need to do self check-in's on a screen or cook their own eggs. Service is the primary market offering of hotels.
Summary: Overall, I enjoyed the location and the hotel was very clean, quiet and practical.

Positive: Room is very bright and clean. Breakfast is very good with lots of choices. Apple and bottle water are provide even when we checked out. Staff are very nice and helpful.
Negative: A few steps to the lobby and difficult to bring large luggage up. Not as close to railway station as expected.asana

Positive: The hotel was in an excellent location five minutes walk from the railway station. We had problems with our baggage as Swiss Air did not load any luggage onto the plane. The staff at reception, in particular Mara and Emmanuel, were extremely helpful giving us information, etc to get a few clothes and toiletries. The room was a good size, clean and the beds comfortable. At breakfast there was a large selection of food, hot and cold, fruit and yoghurt.
