Summary: Staff are super lovely and accommodating. Excellent location near the lake and main hub (bars and restaurants). Housekeeping were thoughtful. Overall would recommend for a comfortable and safe stay!

Summary: Fantastic hotel and lovely staff. There was an issue with our room during our stay and we got moved to an upgraded room. Definitely recommended as the location is excellent within walking distance of central Zurich without the noise.
