Summary: First time stay. House was as pictured. The only thing to mention was grass in back yard in need of a cut. There had been rain recently so not a complaint, just an observation.

Summary: Adult children and grandparents all came for graduation and this house was a perfect location: a block away from Trader Joe’s and an easy walk to campus.The house was clean, everything was in excellent working order, and the instructions to check in and check out were perfectly clear. Summary: We enjoyed our recent stay very much. The owner was communicative and accommodating and also went above and beyond to welcome us. The house was as described or better with nice touches like a spice rack, soap, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer. Plenty of very nice quality towels also. The house had plenty of street parking and was walking distance from Eddy Street Commons and the University of Notre Dame campus. We would easily recommend this house and hope to return soon ourselves!
