Positive: The location is awesome! Right in old city! Plenty of street parking! Spacious and has everything you need… plus it’s pet friendly!
Negative: There needs to be carpeting or another rug in the upstairs apartments. You can hear EVERYTHING!! And if they drop something? It’s like a boulder falling on your head! Also, the caulk in the shower needs to be replaced ASAP. It’s black!

Negative: The window in Unit 8 is completely blocked by an adjacent building—not just partially obscuring the view, but entirely preventing sunlight from entering the room. This was not disclosed on the listing page. The room has no sound insulation at all; while lying in the bedroom, you can clearly hear all conversations and the sound of slippers from both the next-door and upstairs neighbors, as if they were inside the same room with you. The washer and dryer had not been cleaned with dust heavily accumulated in the crevices. Customer service responses are AI-generated. Food delivery can only be made to the building entrance downstairs.

Positive: Location was good- in a quieter neighborhood. WiFi worked well. Bed was comfortable and bathroom/kitchen were nice and spacious. Water pressure was nice as well with shampoo/conditioner and body wash provided. Options for luggage storage outside of the room if needed which was also a plus. Was also provided with ear plugs/white noise machine and snacks/water at check in. Communication was timely and they took my feedback to make future stays even better.
Negative: Booking had this filtered under parking available- it is very limited, time dependent street parking (max 2-3 hours depending on the street, M-F with variations on time frame), and I had to park in a nearby parking garage for $30/day. Unit 1 had a lot of the unit facing the street and/or sidewalk, allowing a lot of extra noise and noise from the wind with the door. Despite that, the street wasn’t super busy and ear plugs and a white noise machine were provided which was thoughtful and a good solution.

Negative: The elevator did move very slowly and the ceiling was pretty dirty. **I had requested a rose on our bed for my wife however, it was not on our bed which was rather disappointing. **
