Positive: Loved everything about this hotel. Great reception welcome, room was spotlessly clean, had everything we needed, very comfortable bed and linen, breakfast was absolutely fantastic, great selection and choice and the maitre d staff member was fantastic, welcoming, friendly and obliging. The extra facilities on Level 2 are a fantastic bonus. Location of hotel suited us brilliantly for cruise terminal but also location is very good within Yokohama. Thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Yokohama.
Negative: Nothing, everything was excellent, 10 out of 10.

Positive: The staff is really really friendly and always ready to help. The structure is just above a metro station. Clean and relatively big rooms.
Negative: Not a real downside, but I forgot my charger when leaving the hotel and tried to contact them via booking but I didn’t receive an answer :(

Positive: The location is very close to a train station. The Yokohama tower is walking distance away. So are other spots like red Wearhouse and cup noodles museum. The room was neat. It was spacious by Japanese standards.

Positive: The hotel is right in front of the subway station and very convenient to go anywhere in Yokohama. The breakfast is also good and the room is a comfortable size for the hotel class it belongs to.
Negative: My room was facing the wall of the next building and there was no view at all.

Positive: The universal room was awesome for wheelchair user and just as described. I would have given a 10/10 but for no rubber bath mat, and because it's an accessible room, a couple of extra towels would be helpful.i also loved they were happy to store our luggage til the late check in time of 3pm.
Negative: Nothing really. Staff were helpful, room very clean, and for Japan, where things are a little more compact, it exceeded our expectations.
Summary: Fantastic room and hotel for wheelchair users.
