Summary: The room itself was large and very quiet, but unfortunately, its location wasn't convenient: the entrance was dimly lit, in the back, and in the hidden corner. Kind of creepy. Beds were quite comfortable, sheets pretty clean but comforters could use some cleaning. The worst was the bathroom with dark bundles of dark hair and towels that were more grey than white. They should have been replaced couple of seasons before. The walls could be cleaned too as it seems someone touched them with dirty hands. Also the space between beds and the nightstand was really dusty with spider webs (unfortunately my glasses fell down). Finally, the armchair in the corner was so dirty that I wouldn’t dare to touch it 😬).

Summary: The facility is directly across from Dienner’s and walking distance from Miller’s Smogasbord. There is plenty interesting places and venues nearby. The bed was clean and comfortable. The WiFi and cellular service were barely adequate, but it worked most of the time. This is not the Hilton, but it’s clean and comfortable. It’s a Mom & Pop operation. I have no complaints. Would stay again.

Summary: We stayed here 3 years ago and while it wasn't anything super fancy, we had a much better stay the first time. I also didn't bother to read current reviews before booking. That was a mistake. As often said "you get what you pay for". I was thankful that we weren't staying for more than one night. I couldn't have done it. Overall the property showed obvious signs of wear. Railings were broken, exterior of the doors were "chipped" and had superficial holes. Inside the rooms, there were stains on the walls, stained lamp shades, dirty carpets (I made the mistake of moving the chair out of the way and there were so many crumbs and visible dirt on the floor, gross), stained towels, sheet with holes, a comforter with a stain, and dust on furniture. I will say the bathroom was mostly clean, minus some hairs on the floor. It would definitely benefit from a "deep clean". It also appeared that many of the clientele were possibly "long stay". We actually considered leaving and driving home, but we stuck out the night. The people I came in contact with were pleasant. However, I won't be staying here in the future.
