Summary: The place is in a great location nice and big apartment and was clean! The internet didn’t work so none of the tv were able to connect to any streaming apps. Then we never received a building code to enter which is okay during the day because it is unlocked but if you’re out after 7pm you better hope to catch someone coming or going to enter. There were also no trash bags in the apartment at all so we had to use grocery sacks.one of the beds is broken so the pictures aren’t real accurate it’s just a matress on the floor. All in all a little care to this place it’ll be great!! Nice stay just a little bit of a headache on simple fixes.

Summary: This is a great location by Forrest Park to have young children. The pool was a MUST for my girls as well so that we can stay-in while one child napped and we didn't have an outting scheduled. Checking-in late night was a challenges because of the apartment configuration, but we figured it out after entering the third building!

Summary: Perfect location for what we came for the zoo, city museum, science center. Owner was very responsive. Pool was a little confusing at first because it was locked. And you needeed a key card but if you reach your hand around and hit the button it opens right up .We will definitely stau agian

Summary: 275 on Park was a nice building with a coffee shop and in an adjacent building a swimming pool. We truly enjoyed the location and just needed a few more updated linens and supplies in the unit. Thank you very much.

Summary: This was a great location and very clean apartment. The pool was lovely, and a relatively easy check in process. Very comfy couch and nice large table for playing board games, having dinner, etc. The only reason I gave it an overall of 3 stars was that there were no bathmats or washcloths, and for four women (one of which was experiencing their time of month) there was only a little less than two rolls of toilet paper in the entire unit for a 2 1/2 day stay. (If you’re a woman, you’ll understand). I messaged the host to ask for another roll of TP, and they didn’t see my message to respond until the morning we were to check out so it was a little disappointing. It was a holiday weekend, so I get that they may have been distracted, but also when you’re paying the same as it would be for a hotel it’s a bummer. These are super easy fixes though, thankfully, so hopefully the host can course correct for future residents!

Summary: When we arrived, the cleaner was running late and trying to finish. Totally fine. When she left she said there was not certain things she needed to finish so she would be back (leaving ripped open garbage bags with blood all over and a garbage bin filled with no bag). The unit was filled with gnats and there was still food (popcorn) scattered in the kitchen. Things did not appear to be restocked at all from the previous stay and there were no laundry supplies which were listed in the listing as being provided. We also were under the impression we would receive a code to enter the building and did not. We messaged the host multiple times and finally got the entrance code two hours after check in. We never received a response to any of our other questions. We ended up running to the store to get supplies that were not stocked. The internet was also out all but our first and last day. There was a short building outage, but the lobby said it was fixed and they didn’t know why just our unit didn’t have internet. The TVs also were supposed to have Hulu and prime but had neither. In addition to all of this, the fans and vents were covered in a THICK layer of dust and lint even though it is “professionally cleaned” between stays. The air also only worked on medium which we were not informed of. Other settings do not work. The building workers were fabulous with trying to trouble shoot with us and make our stay more enjoyable.

Summary: Location is great! Just some flaws that can be worked out… parking was not great. There are four building sharing a parking lot. Instructions to get into the building were lacking and we didn’t get a virtual code before we arrived. The lock box is on a different door than the place we stayed. There were no trash bags and guest leave their trash in the halls for the building to pick up…. Building never picked up anybody’s trash. Kitchen is missing pots that are needed to cook and silverware is just thrown. When we arrived there were towels still in the laundry. The pool is shared between four buildings and it is SMALL.

Summary: Perfect location and a great place; spacious and nice. For a perfect stay, some minor but important tweaks need to happen: There is a security code needed to get into the building at night - this was not shared with us. We had to talk our way into the building multiple times. There is then a lockbox to get into the apartment - it was not on the door that was marked with the apartment number, but on an unmarked door down from the apartment entrance - it is a little concerning to be messing with a lockbox on a door that you are not sure is the correct apartment. The air conditioning wasn't on when we got there. We tried to put it on high and it didn't work - figured out the next day that it would work on medium. All of this could be added to property description to make things smoother for guests. We didn't mind, but building was in the midst of improvements so there was work underway - an example the elevator had Styrofoam on all the walls instead of being finished. Communication was lacking- we reached out to the property owner about the critical issues (building entrance code and air-conditioning) and received no response. All in all - might stay again now that we know what we are headed into, but logistics were not on par with other VRBO stays we have had. The building will be great once the improvements are made and stays for guests will be improved if property owner adds key information to the check in instructions.
