Positive: I stayed just one night at the Marriott in Sousse, but it was truly an excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcome — something quite unusual for a 5-star hotel when arriving with a bicycle! The staff immediately came to help me with my luggage and even took care to store my bike safely. At reception, I was greeted by Eya, who was exceptionally kind, smiling, and professional. Even though she is quite young, she’s clearly well-trained and truly understands hospitality. Thanks to her, I even received a very nice room upgrade, which made my short stay even more enjoyable. Later, I visited the spa and received an excellent massage from Mariem, who was also very professional and friendly — one of the best massages I’ve had. Overall, apart from the restaurant experience, I had a wonderful stay. Thanks again to Eya and Mariem for their kindness and professionalism — they really made a difference!
Negative: The only disappointment was the restaurant. Unfortunately, the food was below the standard I would expect for a hotel of this level, and the restaurant staff were not very polite or welcoming

Positive: The breakfast was nice,the staff at reception very nice and helpful.Pool nice.Promiximity to the beach other facilities are execellent.
Negative: The restaurant service especially the dinner was terrible.Having booked with breakfast and dinner we were requested to pay for water to have dinner which I found very appauling.The restaurant staff appear to have been told once guests do not have an all inclusive package(wearing arm band) just ignore them and treat them like trash.I'm not sure I want to be in that environment again.The hotel management needs to work on the restaurant service.

Positive: The hotel is amazing with a great location. Haroon in the reception and wafa in the customer care service are such lovely and professional people. They were so welcoming and checking in was a seamless process. The cleaning lady also was such a helpful person. The staff makes the whole experience simply worth it. My fav hotel 😁😁 I highly recommend it.
Negative: Parking.. parking .. parking .. if you have no car, this issue does not concern you. For the parking it s either the sun or pigeon’s poop, for such a hotel (5 stars)I believe fixing the parking is a must.

Positive: Well located with its own private beach, though not much else around in that area. Hotel's beach was nice and the pool looked good and well-maintained (didn't try it). Front counter staff were very nice and professional, and check in/out was simple and efficient. Room was fine.
Negative: The food. Despite the size of the breakfast dining area, the food seemed a bit limited. But the real issue was the quality of the room-service food. We ordered spaghetti bolognese, chicken soup, and a carbonara, and all were very disappointing. Despite our hunger, we could not finish them. Also, they were out of beach towels by the pool, and it took a long time waiting to get that sorted out (with the initial staff member at the pool restaurant being quite unfriendly and dismissive)
