Summary: A large modern house located in a great area. Easy walking to beach, bars, cafes.We were surprised by there being no tvs in the house. This was not clearly indicated anywhere within the booking, a tv was supplied the following day but was glitchy. For such a large property advertising family friendly, the lack of facilities was disappointing.The laminated rules displayed around was also uninviting. House was clean, although outside needed some attention, cobwebs around the entrances.Check in time at 4pm was something I have not came across before.

Summary: Hi, we had 7 crew members staying from a Superyacht which was being refitted in Henderson, the property was close enough to work, but far enough away to disconnect from work in the evening with the house located 2 mins walk to the beach and very nice bars and restaurants. The house accommodated us with enough space for all and the service from Colin was on point with no issues. Thank you Colin for the stay, much appreciated! we will be back.
