Summary: We loved our stay at this house. Very convenient access to everything. Close to grocery store and good restaurants. The back patio was especially lovely. House was very spacious. New kitchen appliances made for a very comfortable stay - we like to cook and eat at home quite a bit. My one concern was something I should have asked about beforehand. There is not a picture of the front entrance. The driveway is very steep and then there are a number of steps up to the front door. My husband was dealing with a leg injury and it was quite difficult for him to navigate.

Summary: The South Hills property was beautiful. The landscape was so colorful. The home was clean and kept up nice. The outside area for sitting and enjoying family was great. It was the perfect quite neighborhood. Great location for shopping and restaurants. Not far from some of the best Oregon Waterfalls and Pacific coast. Had a great time.

Summary: This home is well kept and in a very convenient location to downtown, grocery stores, and other attractions. The property manager was very responsive when an issue arose (code to set thermostat) and even dropped off a hair dryer for us. The home has a lovely backyard covered patio that was nice on a rainy weekend. I would add that if staying with children, be aware that there are many fragile decorative items, so I kept my young children mostly out of the living room. In all, I would stay here again.
