Positive: All the rooms were very spacios.although I didn't get to try the hot tub the rest of the family did. The decor was also very nice. Plenty of utensils and dishware.
Negative: I usually don't like giving reviews but I thought I should. Sometimes I'm not sure who's at fault the owners or the managers. Not booking .com Anyway the apt was very disorganized. Why is it that all the extra sheets, blankets and pillows have to go in the dressers that the guests have to use to put their clothes in. Why does the vacuum cleaner and summer fans and outside chairs have do go in the closets. We lived out of our suitcases and no ware to store them even if we used the dressers. Doesn't housekeeping have a supply closet to put this stuff in.Why put the pans on top of the cupboards and decorative dishes that will only be used occasionally along with the pots, baking pans, mixing bowls etc. I'm 5'2", my husband 5'10". Thankfully I brought my electric skillet. Games need updating, the boxes r falling apart. If ur going to provide a coffee machine, provide the coffee also. A butter dish would be nice. Instructions on how to use the tvs. In the amenities list the food items that u provide such as spices, salt and pepper, oil, sugar. So we know what we have to bring. Photos give the impression that it is located on the ocean side and a grassy area for the kids to play. I'm sorry but I belonged to a time share and have also stayed in vacation homes and they were better organized and stocked then this one was. Downstairs fireplace does not work in bedroom. We did not use that room at all. The kids room was always cold because the wall space heater is behind the stairs case of the bed blocking the heat. Thank you

Positive: We liked that there was a lot of options to watch on the TV and that every room was equipped with its own electronics. There was plenty of kitchen supplies and a great variety of seating. The beds were a great size, and very comfy!
Negative: We didn’t like that there were a few things that had been ignored in the cleaning department. We tried to use the grill but, unfortunately, it looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned, EVER! The space of the overall kitchen and living room was very small, as well. One bathroom was “out of order” which we did not know until we arrived and tried to use the shower. The door was open so we never saw the sign until we closed it.
Summary: Overall, our stay was great and we enjoyed how close we were to the beach and store.
