Peaceful, comfortable cabin, formerly the Dairy for The Sisters of Mercy, with stunning panoramic views across Mulwaree River, farmlands and mountain backdrop. Two King Single beds plus extra single on request, electric blankets, all linen provided, sleeps up to 3. The 80 acre historic estate includes, alpacas, sheep, peacocks and fruit trees and access to river. New modern bathroom, kitchenette. Kids and pets by request. One Km off the Hume Hwy Goulburn Southern Exit, two hours from Sydney, one hour from Canberra, 2.5 km to Goulburn CBD, restaurants, clubs, theatre, cinema, events and attractions.
One or two night stay requests are welcomed for the fortnight ahead and will be confirmed subject to immediate availability. Requests for overnight stays many months ahead are noted but cannot be confirmed until closer to the date. Thank you for your understanding.

Summary: Just off the Hume Highway but enclosed by extensive garden and farm buildings. The painted concrete floor stayed true to the original function of the dairy, the simple furnishings provided all needs without frills. We loved it.

Summary: Great stay convenient to highway on our way south. Disappointed with the heater which didn’t heat up the room. We arrived on an extremely cold night & there was no heating left on. Lucky there were electric blankets. No breakfast supplied even though it is also listed on air b & b. We traveled with our dog & it was great that she could go inside. Thanks

Summary: A huge thanks to Linda. We arrived later in the day all rushed and flustered to find a cosy, comfy little cottage. Nice and people, pet friendly. Great stay had by all. A basic but very peaceful, relaxing experience.

Summary: No hanging provided except two cup hooks behind bedroom door. Four drawer chest full of owner's stuff. No clothes line, no clothes horse to dry towels outside. Windows:- dusty venetians don't all fit or work properly - so sunlight comes early into bedroom; all sills were dirty and dusty especially thick on bedhead sills. No outdoor grille (BBQ) not available as listed.

Summary: We were so please to find a property that allows dogs as we are travelling with our lab for work. The Dairy had everything we needed for an overnight stay- comfy beds, heaters and hot blankets (not that we needed them) a kitchenette and a lovely big bathroom. Only one suggestion- a small fenced in area to let the dogs run around in would have been great for peace of mind. Thanks and would definitely use again on our way through.
