A South Lake Tahoe Charmer! Welcome to our quaint 3 bedroom 2 full bath home. The home has been completely remodeled top to bottom and newly furnished. This home away from home is tastefully appointed and features a beautiful granite kitchen with everything you will need to fix a light meal or cater to the gourmet chef! A nice built in bench style set-up allows for 6 to comfortably enjoy a meal together. The family room has a comfy sofa, recliner and plenty of room to unwind and relax. There are board games, cards and fun activities for the children or the entire family to enjoy. Of course, high speed internet and basic cable TV are available. Both bathrooms have a shower and bath. A delightful claw tub is a perfect ending to a day on the slopes. The Master features a comfortable queen size bed and the 2 other rooms both have bunk beds full bottom and twin top. Each room has plenty of room for storage and closet space. The solid wood wrap around deck allows you to take in the beauty of the surrounding property and gorgeous mountain views. The back of the home has secluded gentle slopes perfect for sled and saucer fun, even for the very little ones. The home sits in a great location. Walking distance to beautiful walking/hiking/biking trails in Angora Lakes and Fallen Leaf Lake, just minutes to Sierra at Tahoe, Heavenly Ski Resort, state line casinos and beautiful Lake Tahoe. The home is surrounded on all sides by El Dorado National Forest/BLM land which means no direct neighbors. This home is in a quiet, private location but only minutes to high end stores, local shops and all the fun that Lake Tahoe has to offer. There will be an additional contract to be signed by both parties and renter will be required to provide current physical address and copy of a drivers license. * Note - washer and dryer for weekly renters only. If your planning a shorter stay but need washer and dryer, please inquire with host prior to booking.

Summary: The house was in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood close to downtown south lake and all the shops. A couple friends and I had the perfect getaway being close to everything but just far enough away to enjoy the nature. Stefan was a great host communicating everything we possibly could need. The house was cute and had everything we could have needed for a weekend away. Highly recommend. Would stay here again!

Summary: This property is a ranch style family home in a quaint neighborhood, which is conveniently located to South Lake Tahoe (10 -15 minute drive). We loved being away from the hustle and bustle of the lake shore and town but able to head to any location with ease!

Summary: We stayed here with our family including an infant. The home has pretty much everything you need to feel comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and a nice grill on the patio. Very clean and well maintained property with fast internet.

Summary: Located about 15 min from stateline and 5-7 min from groceries and shopping. This cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bath cabin was perfect for our family of 6. There was plenty of room for the kids to play in the yard. They built snowmen, slides for their sleds and plenty of snow ball wars. The kitchen has everything you needs to cook, which was great for us. The WiFi & streaming services kept us connected during the crazy week of snow. Stefan was always available to answer any questions we had. We will definitely be back.
