Negative: It was a bit unclean (mold in shower, wet/greasy dishes, old gummy bear stuck to a blanket on the sofa) and got toasty in the flat.

Positive: It was a great location, easy access to transit (1 bus to the convention center) and grocery stores including Trader Joes. Lots of space to spread out at the big kitchen table or the many couches. None of the bedrooms share walls which can be nice for a shared space.
Negative: Not the fault of the apartment, but the trains were very frequent and loud. Bathroom looked clean but a bit run down and the water pressure in the taps was quite low. The water pressure in the shower was OK, but it took many minutes for the water to heat up.
Summary: Overall, it felt like good value for the size and location of the apartment and we enjoyed our stay.
