From the generous deck of this 3 bedroom cottage you can gaze out onto the lagoon at the bottom of the garden, listen to the waves breaking on the nearby beach, or step down to the water-side deck. You can read, watch the native ducks swim past, ponder meandering fish, or just drift off.
Located in Rosedale Parade the Cottage is quiet and only a short walk from the beach.
The Cottage sleeps 6 adults and additional children (up to 2) may sleep on the sofa bed in the lounge room.
We are pet friendly with a dog house supplied and the back garden is fenced from the street (but not from the lagoon).
It's just a 2-minute level stroll to stunning South Rosedale beach. Great for a swim, a lazy read on the beach, or a bit of beach or rock fishing.
The main bedroom has a queen bed, the front bedroom has a double, and the middle bedroom has two single beds. There is a sofa in the lounge suitable for a child. Kitchen is fully equipped, and the house includes a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay here. Nice proximity to the beach and the property itself was well furnished. The owner was very responsive and accommodated our small requests, which was very much appreciated!

Summary: Unfortunately it was very unclean there was mould on the ceilings in the lounge and bedroom it smelt dirty and very musty no tv could not get anything. Only good things was a 1 minute walk to beach and nice outdoor area

Summary: The place was pretty filthy, doesn't get cleaned thoroughly after each guest. The property has a serious black mould problem. Garden is a mess and overgrown. Location is good only meters from the beach.

Summary: The location is brilliant, 2 minute walk to the beach. Very comfortable cottage with a great holiday vibe. Best you bring some DVDs you have been meaning to watch as there is no televisual options! (or just read a book!)

Summary: Charming rustic cottage only moments from a beautiful beach. Comfy beds & good heating. Unfortunately, the floors inside were very dirty & the oven needs a clean. The major disappointment is the absence of the bath AS ADVERTISED.
