Positive: We love the quiet but convenient location. The property is somewhat dated but has spacious rooms, is kept clean and in good repair. This is where we always stay when visiting the Cape and are never disappointed.

Negative: Dumping and separating our own garbage. Not a big deal, but I hate having a checkout checklist that I have to perform

Positive: No breakfast available. No walking around the property as there was major construction going on (but not noisy). Location on main highway in Falmouth very convenient.

Negative: Remote in main bedroom was sticky. Mold on the bottom of the shower door. Office closed at 5:00 p.m. - I was able to get my key with no difficulty, but it seemed like an odd time for a resort office to close. Lots of construction going on.

Summary: Apartment itself was pleasant enough and clean enough.

Negative: Sound of the furnace. Apparently it was a new one but they changed us the room as soon as we raised it. Great customer service.
