Summary: We had a great long weekend at the rental house. Beautiful views over the marsh. Water gets real low with the tide is the only downfall. Nice big open driveway to park the boat trailer and a little dock if you can get thru to it. We made it there but ultimately decided to just launch the boat when we wanted to go instead of planning off the tide. The house was absolutely perfect and very comfortable. Very modern. We would stay again in a heart beat. Thanks Jessica for a great weekend get away

Summary: We always kickstart the summer with a trip to the beach with our family. We wanted to be close to Cedar Point this year, because all we wanted to do was take the boat to the sandbar, sun it & offshore fish. We started the search & desired a place we could just lay our heads at night, nothing fancy. We came across this listing & it was right in our desired price range BUT way more than what we were thinking our budget would allow for us. It is absolutely adorable!! A ranch style house, tastefully renovated, and wonderfully decorated. A really precious, and spacious property; very accommodating to a large family! A special perk was the little shed that was like a little extra hangout room detached from the main house. It was perfect for the kids to set up their gaming system & have their own hangout space. Could be an extra sleep quarters, but we kept all of ours sleeping under one roof. The landscape added a nice touch - loved the lighting ambiance!! Highly recommend for anyone near or around Cedar Point/Swansboro.
