Positive: Absolutely beautiful apartment! Quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable, plenty of linens. The washer/dryer and dishwasher were made our stay much easier. It is just on the outside the historic district, but we were able to park near our last stop and hop on the trolley to get around easily. Wish we could have stayed longer!
Negative: All minor: The half bath had some broken floor tiles. The main bath needs a vent fan and lighting for the make-up vanity. I know it's difficult to add to a historic property, but perhaps a combo light/fan could be installed. We needed a can opener, the one there didn't work well.

Positive: There was no breakfast. There was a Kroger close by and a bakery cafe nearby. The kitchen was very well equipped and the furnishing appeared to be done by a decorator in Venetian style in silver and blues.
Negative: Bathrooms need updating for the price. We didn’t like having to shift our parking on the street for the street sweepers.
Summary: We own an 1841 historic home and love Savannah, as many of our ancestors were born and died there
