Summary: Overall clean and close to town centre. No view. Heater in bathroom does not produce heat. Element u/s perhaps. Dry function on washer/dryer non operational. Heat isolated or dead. 3 hrs @ high temp produced clothes as wet as when they went in. Sure they enjoyed being tumbled for 3 hrs.

Summary: First two nights were spoilt by yelling kids in the adjoining apartment at 1.15am 😕 we had to go outside and knock on the glass sliding door to make them stop. No external light made it extremely dangerous going up and down steps to front door. Lights were there but no switch in our part of property.

Summary: Rooms was ok and location quiet till roadworks outside started in the morning, and till 4 rowdy guys checked in next door. Paper thin walls did not help, nor did our attempts at quieting them down. Spoiled last two night of sleep.

Summary: White carpet a bit of a worry. Washer- dryer very hard to figure out the controls Had a BBQ but no gas tank.

Summary: This property was exactly as advertised. Downside, you do have to share the hot tub with the other tenants but that was clear in the ad for the property. It's very close to downtown and while I found the walk easy, it wouldn't suit people that are not physically fit, or wearing high heel shoes as it's at the top of a very steep hill. There is a locked gate to the property, but despite this we did have some items stolen from our room. The unit is adorable, very clean and looks brand new.
