Summary: The house matched the pictures on the listing. Four bedrooms with good beds and comfortable bedding. The bathrooms could probably use a few more towels. When we checked in the house Friday night and it was 76 and the AC was set to 68. We contacted the property manager and they were able to have an HVAC technician come by the next day. The AC unit (there are two), that served the bedrooms was frozen solid. The air filter was very very dirty and the tech just took it. He stated that the clogged filter probably caused the unit to freeze up. We left the AC running just on fan only- on Sunday the ice had melted and the home was able to be cooled. With more maintenance this property could be amazing, but not have AC for two of the three nights in the property drags down my rating.

Summary: The ping pong table was a great feature, and we enjoyed it a lot. The house isn’t fancy but very functional. The property manager was flexible and accommodating. Had some small maintenance issues but overall a good experience.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were great for the 8 of us. The large back yard, ping pong table and large living areas were great. We notified the owner about the things not cleaned well by cleaners. Also about some things that needed to be repaired. Hopefully these will be attended to before the next ones rent this home. We stayed 4 nights.

Summary: We were in town for the high school nationals track race. This house had great outdoor space and the ping pong table was a hit with the teenagers! Just a couple of recommendations: 1. adding some area rugs in the living space would be great to make the home more cozy. 2. New shower curtain liners. 3. Teen siblings hate sleeping in the same bed, so a sofa sleeper in one of the living rooms would seal the deal for renting this house again for the cross country race in Dec. or the track race next May. 4. Additional towels, including wash clothes and face towels would be very nice.

Summary: Stayed for work. Property was nice, location was great. Water pressure was low and old carpeting needed replacing but overall it was a good experience. I would stay here again.
