Positive: Not sure why we didn't have passes for 2 cars since the host knew that before we arrived. A little scramble and the host fixed that.
Negative: Although the property manager, Dave, was great, we really didn't want to see him at 8:15 in the morning since we didn't want to have to be dressed by then. Originally, he said he would be there at 6:45! Yikes! This was our vacation and we wish the new washer and dryer could have been installed when the unit was not occupied... especially by us. I guess the old one was broken?
Summary: Lovely, very clean condo. There is no view of the beach, btw.

Positive: The apartment is beautiful, located steps from the beach and a short walk from the pools. The hosts provided everything needed - linens, beach chairs, beach towels, a variety of appliances, etc. My family and I felt at home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Positive: The condo was good very spacious and modern. Parking convenient.
Negative: The beach to get there from property not so convenient the walk in hot Florida weather go around several buildings and beach itself was not great compared to other beaches in Florida it had huge rocks and the pool not very close . All in all condo was good but what I truly value the beach and pool pretty far not so good .

Positive: “SouthernVilla Ticket to Paradise” was everything I could have imagined, plus more for my little family get away. The condo offers so much space for everyone to sleep, hang out, or whatever the case may be. The house was stocked with dishes, towels, and all the other necessities we could have needed throughout our trip. I loved the convenience of the location. It was such a close walk to the beach and close to many food places, grocery stores, gas stations, etc. There’s so much more great things I could say about this place but I would be here a while.
Negative: Absolutely nothing. Everything was perfect!
