Positive: The property has great beach access, the property layout nice with good use of space. It was pretty full, but didn’t feel like that. It was clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the private decks.
Negative: We didn’t like having to leave at the end of our stay.
Summary: Our expectations were more than met on every level.

Positive: Very calm and nice house directly at the lake. Far enough from the street to hear nothing but birds. Great stop to calm down after exhausting hikes and busy Bishkek. They even offer laundry service. Super nice hosts. Highly recommend

Positive: We travel a lot. For the past 5 years we visited around 20 countries (EU, America, Asia regions) and stayed in over 40 different places (rough numbers) And this place is top 3. Hosts are the best, helped a lot. Place is fantastic, breakfast is the best in Kyrgyzstan we had Hot floor is also good addition and overall quality of building, view and everything else is 10/10

Positive: The location was perfect. Right on the shore of Issyk kul lake, just 10 minutes from fairytale canyon. The extra bed was a real full size bed, not an extra foldable bed.
Negative: The tank water heater was too small to take a real quick shower with 2 people. The are is under construction, but also very promising for the future!

Positive: This spot is such a gem in the place and I could not have asked for more. The house has heater even in the bathroom which is such a luxury especially when the temperatures dipped. The house has everything you need - toiletries, cutleries, warm blankets, great wifi. There is really nothing to fault at this place! Breakfast is also freshly prepared with ingredients from the garden and is delicious. Communication is prompt right from the get go too so nothing to worry about :) one of my best stays.

Positive: We loved our stay at Southlux and wished we'd had a few more days to relax and enjoy ourselves. Saltanat was so helpful and friendly, the facilities and location were amazing (right on the beach, beautiful appartments) and the breakfast was so good, with home grown tomatoes. I would highly recommend a stay here
