Positive: The place is adorably decorated and both bedrooms are large with comfortable beds. Perfect for two people. Although on a very busy street- the basement apartment is relatively quiet and they provided earplugs and have fans in both rooms for white noise if needed. Thank you !
Negative: Website description is not accurate and confusing. The 2 bedroom apartment DOES NOT have a bathtub as listed, DOES NOT have a garden view, unless you look thru the basement window and consider seeing grass at eye level, a garden view. Also, small kitchenette- no stove, however the duel air fryer works very well for a creative substitution. A hot plate/ single burner option would be a nice addition.

Positive: It was cute, clean and perfect for a quick trip to drop our daughter off at OSU.
Negative: No clear posted instructions in the home providing Wi-Fi information, specific house rules, or check out. Most locations I have been to keep some type of instruction and house information posted within the home for all to see. It was difficult to reach staff to obtain this information. It was until the end of our trip we received a response. Otherwise, we will definitely be back!

Positive: It's a very nice historic house close to the downtown area (5 min by car). Very well equipped, with nice kitchen and laundry room in addition to the bedrooms. Cozy living room and comfortable beds. Well managed, with the attention to detail - I liked the nice little touches and the thoughtfullness of the owners. Easy communication with the management. Easy check-in/checkout process.
Negative: We arrived late at night, and the area around seemed not very safe, as the house is right near a very busy road, with traffic and the construction nearby, and not very residentially looking. However, in the end I think our fears were exaggerated, the house is just not in the quiet residential area. The road is quite busy at night and there is noise from the cars, especially in one of the bedrooms, enhanced by the installed AC system which allows noise inside through the windows. The owners, however, are aware of the problem and are in the process of solving the issue. The earplugs are also provided. We had a good sleep nevertheless, but for more sensitive clients the noise could be an issue and one should be aware of it while booking.
