Positive: We stayed in room 209 - Location great first time staying here good space and breakfast was good / but would been nice have few more options on healthier side and also like croissants in stead of chunky pastries, always love croissants

Negative: Only down side is I like to put a fan on for sleeping but there no sockets on bedside we used the room fan but it didn’t do very much couldn’t feel it as at end of the bed as only sockets are there as the ivy was growing around the windows so as u opened them all ivy and bugs all over window sill / bath great water pressure very good and hot , so that was nice comfy beds - nice experience out of term time, but could expect it to be busy in summer months as joined to caravan side also but lovely views .

Positive: Breakfast was lovely plenty of choice, although out side of Skegness, good bus and taxi facilities, on site shop excellent but bit pricey. Hotel location good, no aircon and rooms were a bit too warm at night only observation really.

Negative: As the room was classed as a deluxe room and priced as such, i think it should have a small fridge as standard because its the little things that make a difference againdt the competition

Positive: Nice walks within the complex. Nice little shop . A few organised activities for the children.

Negative: The rooms were not very clean and very tired. The sofa bed mattress is almost not existent. Gym and pool are away from the hotel, approx 10 minute walk. Opening times for those are very inconvenient and only able to use the facilities for a small period of time.
