Summary: Very clean, well-stocked place, with great amenities and location. Enjoyed fireplaces, hot tub, spacious bedrooms and baths, kid toys, and being able to walk out to slope and lake. Had fun on the slopes, day trip to Ohiopyle to bike on a warm spring day, Laurel Hill Park hikes, and more. Cool neighborhood, and we were one of the only people around.

Summary: Our group of 8 adults head to Seven Springs once a year for a ski trip, and this was - by far - our favorite place to stay! Convenience is unmatched, and the property is very well cared for. The property manager was easy to reach via text to answer questions. The ski out access is fantastic, and the place felt like an home rather than a rental. Everyone really enjoyed the stay!

Summary: This place is great and the location is awesome in Southwinds, right on the slope. Although the weather didn’t cooperate and the Southwinds lift was broken down, we made the short walk across the neighborhood to the main slopes.

Summary: Our family of 8 adults and 3 grandsons ages 8 months, 20 months and 2 years was so nice. The house was in the best location with skiing right outside our door. We had plenty of room and it was well equipped with everything we need to make our stay amazing. We are looking forward to coming back next year!

Summary: Fred’s house was great for my girls weekend. The home has everything you need including a coffee maker and keurig which weren’t listed. We had a great time cooking together and going to seven springs for the fall fest. I would recommend Fred’s place for sure
