Positive: We arrived at the hotel quite late, and although the staff member on duty didn’t speak English, he was still very helpful and managed to assist us efficiently. He kindly provided us with a room without any issues. The room was spacious, very clean, and extremely comfortable — it had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We also enjoyed the breakfast the next morning, which was delicious and offered a good variety. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised by the high quality of service and accommodation, especially considering the very reasonable price.

Positive: The breakfast buffet was excellent, having enough for everyone's needs. The evening meal was delicious, and the options varied. The room was clean and very spacious. The spa facilities were fantastic, and the services really good.

Negative: The evening meal was served very quickly, which made the ambience and experience a disappointment. On the second evening, after having asked them to only bring the next dish once i had finished the one i was eating, they obliged, and the experience was great.
