Positive: "There is a noticeable weakness in the English proficiency of several employees, which negatively impacts the quality of service and makes communication with foreign guests limited and ineffective. In addition, the lack of a welcoming smile and friendly attitude creates an impression of coldness and indifference, reducing the attractiveness of the place and weakening the image of the establishment in the eyes of its clients. It is unfortunate that the owner invests great efforts and spends significant amounts of money to improve the resort’s reputation and upgrade its facilities, while a single disrespectful employee can undermine all of these efforts and leave guests with a negative impression. Therefore, careful staff selection, proper training in customer service, and continuous performance monitoring are essential to maintaining the reputation of the resort and ensuring its long-term success."
Negative: I was very dissatisfied with the behavior of the spa employee. She was neither friendly nor respectful. She made demands in a rude and unpleasant manner, without a smile, even though the guest is paying for the service and is not there for free. In addition, she did not speak English, which forced the guest to try to understand her in her native language. This is completely unacceptable for a place that welcomes international guests.

Positive: The fact it had a pool and sauna.
Negative: The bar closed early at 10pm and was not open after that at all! And the swimming pool was closed from 10am until 2pm so no swimming after breakfast!

Negative: Soviet era building with the respective facilities and service. Pool working only from 7-9am and 14-21.30pm, and with kids allowed only until 19.00. Pool area always busy, you can’t use whirlpool because there is only one and is always busy Would never go back..

Positive: The mattress and pillow should be renewed - old and lumpy. Breakfast was acceptable but was disappointed with the lack of health and safety at the swimming pool especially at the weekends. People were slipping on the floor and pretty bad behaviour at the weekend and no thought that this was for relaxing and not a fun pool but no staff interacting to stop this.
Negative: Better health and safety would be a start. People smoking outside reception which meant smoke was keeping me awake at night as my room was facing reception.
Summary: Excellent clean rooms and get what you pay for I suspect

Positive: The food was great, the treatments were great! Truly such a relaxing experience. The pool is definitely on the larger side and has a flat walls for swimming laps. Additionally, it was too crowded so you never had to wait long for a place in the sauna, pool, or jacuzzi.
Negative: Some of the facilities could have been cleaned more (ie dust on the beatuful wood beams by the pool). Also, my husband would have liked the Floating area to be a bit cleaner and perhaps up-dated, as well.
