Perfect location for exploring the beautiful Space Coast of Florida! My completely updated home is nicely appointed and has all the amenities you need to feel right at home! 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.
Kitchen is fully equipped should you decide to eat in or fire up the gas grill and have dinner on the screened in back porch or extra large paver patio!
All new quality furnishings with a nod to beach theme decor will make for a relaxing return from your fun day exploring the area. Familysize washer and dryer are located just off the kitchen.
Desirable south Titusville location Close to all amenities including: Kennedy Space Center 15 minutes Cocoa beach 30 minutes Cocoa village 20 minutes Disney, Universal Studios all within 51 minute drive. Orlando International Airport is 45 minutes.
Playa Linda beach, a gorgeous unspoiled natural shoreline is 30 minutes. Shopping, dining, and interstates are close by for ease of access.
For your safety and comfort I use only quality bed linens, mattress protectors and pillow protectors. Luxury down comforters on all beds.
Maximum of 1dog under 15 pounds. Pets must be under your supervision at all times and cannot be left unattended in my home.
I have a kennel available for use if needed.
Pet fee: 150.00
Please no pets allowed in carpeted areas. ( bedrooms)
Please note large gatherings or parties are not permitted. No parking on the lawn and quiet time is between 10:00 PM and 8:AM. This is a quiet family neighborhood.
Security cameras and Ring doorbell are in use for guest and property security.

Summary: We found Pat’s house to be a very comfortable house to live in.The house was sparkling clean, very nicely furnished and had everything in it to live comfortably. The house is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood.We very much enjoyed walking around the community and nearby trails. Merritt Island Wildlife Refuge, Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral are nearby. It was easy communicating with Pat. We also enjoyed the very nice backyard and her lanai. We would gladly come back.

Summary: We had a really nice stay in this property and would recommend it. From booking to checkout, our host, Pat, was extremely responsive, kind, and accommodating. She was really accessible. It was a family stay, we were comfortable and the house was fully stocked (kitchen, linens, even water!). Note: Since it is a pet-friendly property (we did not have one), even though the place was clean, be mindful if you have any pet allergies.

Summary: This house offered a lot more than we expected. It is nicely decorated with quality furnishings from cookware to a comfy couch and good mattresses. The backyard had solar lighting with nicely lit trees beyond the fence. Very peaceful, inside and out. Location is excellent in a safe, quiet neighborhood. There's so much to do and all your shopping needs within a few miles. Lots of trails nearby and lots of parks and free access to the Indian River Lagoon.

Summary: When we arrived there was a small chalkboard note wishing us a Happy Anniversary and a nice bottle of white wine. The house was clean and well organized. The items furnishing the house is top quality. All the amenities provided were of the best quality. Patricia cares for her home and cares for her guests. We really enjoyed our stay!

Summary: Loved out stay here. The screened porch was home most of the time. We loved spending time reading on chatting out there. The house is well appointed, you have everything you need to be very comfortable. Absolutely would rent it again!

Summary: Patricia was a pleasure to work with. Beautiful redone home, very clean and comfortable. Lots of pretty accent items in the home, lovely backyard patio. Home is centrally located to shopping and sightseeing. We stayed there for a family wedding. Looking forward to a return visit.

Summary: I highly recommend this super clean, beautifully decorated home. It was a great place to stay to see the shuttle launch. There are so many TVs, everyone in the family can watch their choice of shows. I am very picky about cleanliness and this house passed with flying colors! Hope to stay again soon!
