Positive: It was very close (short walking distance) to where I needed to go to solve a business. The apartment is really spacious.
Negative: The apartment was not ready when I arrived 20 minutes after the time window. I had to wait around 20 minutes, standing, without any place to sit or anything. When the apartment was “ready,” and I entered it, the floor was wet, with dirt footsteps from the cleaner, and some corners were still dirty. I had to run back to the cleaner’s car to ask her to dry the floor. The cleaner didn't speak English.
Summary: The apartment is spacious, and my stay was okay for a single night.
