Summary: Being from So Bflo, I knew that the houses where a bit dated, however, this apartment was was modern and up to date. As soon as you walk in, the apartment was warm and cozy. The kitchen appliances were new and updated. The bedrooms were just right, and the living room was very spacious so if we have guests, there was plenty of room for all.If you are looking for a small place to stay, this would be it. Everything that you might need (restaurants, convenience stores, etc) is close by.When I go back home, this would be a place I would rent again.

Summary: A++ Great communication with the host. Coming in from Florida, while a hurricane just passed through . So didnt get to enjoy one of the days but we made it in! Apartment is very nice. Off street parking was plenty! Would rent again ..

Summary: Went to Buffalo to see kids and grandkid. Home was conveniently located next to them. Only improvement I would suggest is to upgrade the tp and maybe reconsider the king bed frame. Long way to get up in my old age. But nice home.

Summary: My friend and I decided to meet up in Buffalo for a weekend. The house was perfect size, in easy location, updated and very clean. The host is very nice and responsive. Would stay here again without a second thought.

Summary: The kitchen was lovely, rooms were a nice size, the apartment and neighborhood were very quiet and well kept. It was a great location between the Southtowns and Northtowns. But in spite of all of these positives, I would not rent from this owner again. There were no railings on about 16 stairs, no volume control on the TV which was set very low with closed captions turned on, almost no water pressure in bathroom sink, I could not locate a house manual, and last but not least, when I asked the owner about a couple of these issues, he did not respond. I didn't feel confident that I could get ahold of him if needed. I was in the apartment for a full week. I would not rent from this owner again.

Summary: Less than expected. Second rate stay. One bathroom sink did not work. Had to brush our teeth at the kitchen sink. Had to ask for them to put the furniture back on the front porch that was shown in the pictures of the listing. Missing hand rails. Prearranged access to the washing machine did not haooen. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this place.
