Summary: My friend & I booked for our stay for Winter Carnival 2024. We couldn’t be more pleased with our choice. Less then 10 minutes to downtown Quebec & the Chateau. Found 2 excellent restaurants nearby & a full grocery store within walking distance if needed. At the last minute, my friend decided to bring her dog. The host was more then accommodating & quickly responded to my request to bring the pup along. Just one note and this is more for my future reference, I am not used to smaller tight parking spots in city. It’s worked out fine however if you have a smaller vehicle versus a large suv or truck, you should bring the smaller vehicle. Again, I’m used to living & working in a country environment, not a huge deal. Would definitely book again!

Summary: We really enjoyed our first visit to Quebec City and this was the perfect place to stay for our family of four including two children under 12. The home is very charming as a historic building yet renovated in a very cool, modern way. The hot tub was definitely an added bonus on chili nights! The location is about 15 minutes from Old Quebec City and close to shopping and all conveniences. We would stay here again!

Summary: We had an amazing stay. Very well located, it was a super cute house which was renovated beautifully. The house, kitchen, bathroom, etc. had all the amenities necessary. A beautiful wooden structure, almost like a hut, was built for the hot tub, and connected to the house. It was so cozy and relaxing. I’d say the only negative was the cleanliness of the place. A family member of mine owns a cleaning company and takes care of a lot of Airb*b and others, so I am more mindful of the cleaning done when I visit rentals. The shower was not thoroughly cleaned, with soap residues, dust and hairs. And i’m not talking 1 or 2 hairs. Many corners and bottom of walls were full of dust. Coffee machine still had old coffee cups in them. Hot tub had little leaves and other unknown things in it. I know very well that this is in no way the owner’s fault, and it’s honestly nothing super major, but I thought the owner should know. Overall, our stay was amazing and we would definitely stay there again! I highly recommend this place.

Summary: Nicely and tastefully appointed property, quality fit out, furniture and appliances. The hot tub was a nice added bonus! The only two things we didn’t like were the fact that the bedroom windows in the master bedroom don’t open and especially with hot weather it gets very sticky very quickly. Secondly, the cutlery set needs to be replaced with a full set of dinner cutlery as eating a meal with dessert forks does become a little tedious after the first few bites. Other than that, great property and we would definitely use it again and recommend it to others. Host communication was excellent as well.
