The spacious 2br red cottage is a fully detached in law suite located in historic bean hill, Norwich Town. The entrance is laced with stone walls, warmly welcomes visitors to the red cottage that sits 3.5 acres of land, provides privacy and yet leaves room for plenty of activities: in ground covered pool, basketball, soccer, kids swing set, pond and exploring the land. There is a main house 4 BR 2.5 bath that can be combine wit cottage providing it is not booked.

There is a cottage in the same property (separate listing) as well as a tiny house in wheels (also a separate listing).
DOGS: we allow our guests to bring their dog if they are fixed and house trained. Guests are responsible for any damage dogs may cause and urine stains inside the house will require and extra cleaning fee of $150. All dogs must be leashed while on the property!
This is a non-smoking property and a cleaning fee of $250 will apply if guests smoke inside the house.
PETS: we only allow dogs, not cats. Dogs must be leashed on the property out of courtesy to other guests and we ask that you please clean up after your dog. Pet fee is per dog and depending on size and length of hair because of shedding issues and the extra cleaning time it requires. Dogs must be fixed.

Summary: The house was as expected when we arrived. The neighbor house was occupied the first night and the renters were very nice. The pool was air temp which made it very enjoyable. The host responded to my questions quickly and we enjoyed our stay!

Summary: We had a great time. Our new puppy loved walking the grounds (on leash inside and out). Very private and close to all we wanted to see...seaport, restaurants, casinos. Loved our stay there. Thanks for everything.

Summary: We had an awesome stay at the red cottage. We didn’t use the pool, but looked like be fun on another trip. We travelled with our fur babies and the property was excellent for us to walk them around. We wouldn’t even known other renters in other homes nearby, everyone was respectful to themselves. Is close to both casinos. We got great coffee beans from Craftsman Cliffs Roasters. We saw shows at both casinos, and visited Mystic. Was a larger home then expected, great bedrooms, awesome kitchen and back deck. Love to visit again.

Summary: Everything was perfect about our stay. Beautiful enormous property to walk around. The cottage had everything we needed. Our dog Zoey loved walking around the property. Definitely would book again!

Summary: The cottage was nice and spacious. Although, the cottage is not equipped with central air conditioning. The two air conditioners in the bedrooms were not enough to cool down the living room, kitchen, and bathroom. We stayed with our dogs and they were constantly moving back and forth from the living room to the bedroom to fend off the heat.

Summary: We had a lovely stay, and we were thoughtfully taken care of! The pool is shared with the other VRBO rental on the property, so you may or may not have it to yourself depending on the other renters. We stayed on a couple really hot (88°+) days and the pool felt great!

Summary: Nice property. Seems it is still being worked on. Not the cottage we stayed in, but other cottage on property. Wish the pool was open for longer than 2 days before we arrived. Thought it was open year round.

Summary: It was a wonderful place to stay. I have allergies/ sensitivities and the house was so nice and clean. The kitchen was nice as we were able to cook a nice meal. We hope to come back and stay in the house again when we come to the area.
